Driving transformation through events

When it comes to networking events, we pride ourselves on doing things a little differently

We strive to create memorable events for change professionals that are informative, enjoyable and filled with vibrant conversations and discussion.

Our networking events provide our clients and candidates with the opportunity to meet and mingle with other like-minded transformation enthusiasts, whilst also providing a confidential space for them to share their knowledge and insight, without judgement.

Not only are they the perfect forum to build new relationships, they also provide an opportunity to learn thanks to our interesting speakers, thought-provoking topics and the combined industry experience of our attendees.

Networking events shouldn't be a one-off

We love bringing people together and run regular sessions to suit every schedule. From casual after-work drinks to roundtables and our Women in Transformation showcase series, we want to provide networking opportunities that suit everyone.

What previous attendees have to say about our events

For me as an interim, I found it useful because I got to understand what my clients are thinking. For me, attending events like this is great customer research to find out how they’re developing their businesses.

Tracey Lowe

I think it's so important that we have these conversations in rooms where people have so much influence. Women in Transformation is a great event and initiative. Every time Minesh or David reach out to me about it, I'll always make time to come.

Ken Kittoe

I think Deltra put together a fabulous event. The speaker was so honest and authentic, she brought some key points out into the conversation. It was great to hear so many people open up and share their honest insights into what’s going on in their worlds. Lori Costello

Lori Costello

Today I met someone that I’d worked with in the same organisation. We work together every day, but it took being here at this event to actually have the dialogue. You don’t necessarily make those contacts without this kind of forum.

Amanda Harrison

It’s about having diversity of thought. It’s really nice when we can get together, be in a room and really connect with people, because that type of connection is vital.
