Ken began his career at Venn Group before joining AXA UK as its Diversity and Inclusion Manager, playing a key role in enhancing AXA UK’s use of data to drive diversity. In his current role at AXA XL, Ken is responsible for defining and leading the company’s DEI strategy.

Adil began his career at Panathlon Challenge, enabling disabled children to participate in sports, before helping Paralympian Liz Johnson to start The Ability People. Adil plays a key role in The Ability People's consultative work, offering his expertise in how organisations can improve and change their ED&I approaches.
