Deltra Group was established in 2010, after spotting opportunities for serious improvement in the way recruitment companies operate.
Founders Minesh and Julian decided they wanted to take a more personal approach.
They understood the value they could create in the market by going back to basics and ensuring that building relationships with the people they worked with was just as important as generating profit.
And so Deltra Group was formed. What started out as two people in an office with a vision of doing things differently quickly grew to a formidable team of 20+ IT and business change enthusiasts that shares the founders’ values – to be a true recruitment partner to their clients and candidates.
