Key Responsibilities
- Drive outsourcing and migration programmes end to end, ensuring minimal disruption
- Lead and deliver complex transformation initiatives across the business
- Establish and embed programme governance within an immature change environment
- Work hands on across planning, execution, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Manage and challenge Big Four consulting partners to ensure value and accountability
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology
- Identify and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide clear reporting and communication to executive leadership
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong outsourcing and migration programme experience
- Proven track record as a Transformation Programme Manager within Financial services
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in low maturity or evolving change environments
- Experience managing and holding Big Four partners to account
- Hands on delivery rather than just strategic
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong programme governance and risk management capability
- Exceptional soft skills and influencing ability
- Pragmatic, delivery focused approach
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity
- Resilient and adaptable in fast moving environments
- Strong commercial awareness

- Experience within Insurance, Life & Pensions market
- Background in capital management or risk transfer environments
