Looking for a Senior Solution Architect to support a large programme migrating customer support systems from Salesforce.
Role
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for the migration
- Define integrations, architecture patterns and data flows
- Ensure existing customer processes continue during the transition
- Work closely with programme, tech and business teams
- Strong Solution Architect background on large transformation or migration programmes
- Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of integrations, APIs and enterprise systems
